hmmmm.... i like this quote. very fitting to near future. i am okay with it all now - my upcoming move will be like traveling for me as it will be a place that i certainly have never been to before and therefore don't know where it leads and we still don't know where we're going either! we'll be given an assignment in the next couple of weeks as to where michael will do his clinical rotations. no matter where i go i notice what's around me outside, the earth, the sky, my husband and son - the things that are always with me no matter where i go. it's good to know they are there.
Love it...what a great photo...everything is so green and pretty! I see my path also and am excited to see where it will lead. I see myself getting closer and closer to my ideal living situation! very exciting!
What I love on this journey is there are many of us finding the slower, winding paths that are sometimes along side someone's path or occasionally crossing and it is a nice, refreshing stop to inspire, encourage or lend a listening ear. Our own journeys have differences but we can find similarities that help us feel connected and less like we are all alone.
I know that bridge! It is right next to the elementary school where I grew up. I haven't been there in years. I think my path will lead me to revisit some childhood memories with my child soon.
My path was running parallel to the highway I was actually on, so I decided to step off into the briar patch for a while, make my way through some undergrowth, beat back a few dead branches, and I stepped out onto my own little leaf-covered path, always there-- just hidden from my view for a little while. I like it so much better here.
