But there's TONS that I want to share with you. I've been digging deeper and have had some new "aha" moments, along with lots of new inspiration, but I find that I'm swimming in the process of change right now. I just don't have the words.
So until then, here's a little art journaling inspiration for you.

Your Personal Reflection: How is the New Year treating you? Have you been sticking to your resolutions or intentions? Any "aha" moments you'd like to share?
Shannon, that was so much fun to watch! It was my 5 minutes of stillness today, just watching, enjoying it. Also loved your brother's song.
ReplyDeleteShannon - this video is awesome! YOU ARE AWESOME. thanks for sharing your great big creative imagination with us. My inspiration is bubbling!
ReplyDeleteWhat a GREAT video! It's very energizing and inspiring. My favorite part is watching you paint the swirls and circles. In super fast mode! Wheeeeee!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments. I'm having fun exploring new ways to use all the stuff I raid from the recylce bin! xo
ReplyDeletelove your style :)
ReplyDeleteLove the video...you do such a good job with your videos and i do love your brothers music!
ReplyDeletethe new year is going well so far...no real resolutions to speak of, although i do feel something brewing i still can't put my finger on it. something is on the horizon and i am taking my time trying to figure it all out!
super! congrats -- i bet it will be a fantastic course!
ReplyDeleteI so enjoyed your video & the upbeat music (you obviously come from a talented family!).The kids & I love the recycle bin for making art usually making stamps, models or paint pallets. But I have never tried the bubble wrap & I got really excited & inspired when I saw you doing this. And because I always save bubble wrap to reuse I have loads to play with (that's if I can paint with it faster than my kids can pop the bubbles - I swear I have to hide my supply because otherwise they'd pop the lot. Lol.)Thanks for the great idea.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to hearing more about your Aha moments. I seem to be having a lot of them this year already & have been journaling away about them. And they've been inspiring my blog posts. I seem to be going through a busy period of personal learning & change.
Love visiting your blog!!
